All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted. Refund requests can be located in your order confirmation email. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items marked as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Customers who file disputes or chargebacks before communicating with our Customer Service team will be considered in violation of this policy and may be ineligible for future purchases. Subsonix reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, and any such items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
